Born in DC, James Bane moved to Newport News after elementary school. English has been his favorite subject ever since 3rd grade. He always had a knack for short stories at a young age, began going to spoken word events one year ago, and been hooked ever since. His book Gallimaufry is available on TheBookpatch.com. James moved to New York three years ago where he is a starting member of the Amazon Labor Union.
